This building is called Zwischen-Raum, a rehabilitation project undertaken by Fabi Architekten and completed in 2012. It is located in Regensburg and it was originally built in the 1930 under the Nazi party. They used the building to house the members of the ‘Messerschmidtwerke’.
The building has a simple, yet very elegant design and amongst the parts of the building are white outer walls and in addition to having parts with white outer walls, the building has parts that have modernly designed black walls as well.
Inside, the building has white walls that make the inside of the building look elegant and soothing and of course, the building also has various different things to offer inside.
One of the various different things the building can offer to the occupants is a white staircase that connects floors in the building. The white staircase, of course, is not the only thing the building can offer to the occupants.
